Here's one I took with a Flashpoint Speedlight mounted into a Godox S-Type bracket and a 7" silver reflector attached...

I would agree with you if this were a candid portrait of a boy in his element, but his parents paid me to take portraits of him. They cleaned him up, did his hair, and put on clean clothes. I did clean his skin up a tad, but the kid had nearly perfect skin to begin with. So because he cleaned up for his picture to be taken, does that mean that "he's not out there living in the real world like a real boy?" I disagree!

Yep ... I've thought about it and I'm going to delete my posts. Nobody requested C&C and there wasn't any need to give it.

David.
Comment and (constructive) criticism always welcome.

Comments always welcome. Constructive ones are great. Even if the receiver may disagree, others can learn from all sides. That's the internet. POTN is a pretty cool place to drop in on. You've done nothing wrong. Your gallery is fine too. I get the life you're portraying in your work. Good pics!

Beauty dish camera left. Messy-haired boy enjoying his summer break.

It's been over two years since this thread started. (51 pages of awesome images!)

Can you guys please recommend a flash/trigger combo that will do TTL and HSS on my Sony A7II?
I have a 60" Softlighter clone that I love to use, so ideally the flash would be strong enough to fill that.

TIA!

- Sergio
