tonyniev Cream of the Crop ![]() More info | I have been to Italy many times since 1977, the last visit 6 years ago. On cruises, you have to go to the many specialty restaurants and I hate set sittings we like Norwegian free style cruising no need to dress up etc, Cheers,

I'll be at one of the parks in Tennessee, right in the path of totality. Making a special trip for this one. I'm thinking of using my Nikon p900 for zoomed shots, like your first one. Any particular suggestions on filters to use? I should probably start ordering that stuff. I picked up a cheap Samsung Gear 360 camera, and I'm thinking of setting it take a 360 video--should look interesting.

Tony N. hasnt been around, he would be the one to ask for ellipse. I think you can find him on FB though, last I heard he's active on Instagram :P I've cut back quite a bit so far as camera equipment is concerned. Traded in the big lenses, and I've been satisfied enough with my Nikon p900 bridge camera. For the a7ii I've got the sony 28mm (it's fantastic for a $500 lens!!) paired with the UWC and fish lenses, and the sony 24-70. I've been thinking about the 70-300, but at some point I'll probably just get a mount adapter and pickup another Sigma 50-500.

tonyniev Cream of the Crop ![]() More info Post edited over 5 years ago by tonyniev. | wide angle even 50 mm will not work, to make the composite I think a longer lens is required, the duration of the eclipse is from 1158 to 254 so you can test how wide that sun would have moved in 3 hours see here the start and end in Nashville https://www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/in/usa/nashville ![]() Cheers,
