Personally, I don't think the bridge adds anything to either photo. In my mind it is more of a distraction like "What is that black thing?".

Agree with Gart, since you can't really tell that it's a bridge - no detail there. The B&W is too dark. The color is too flat. You might try bumping clarity on it or try HDR.

I agree with the posts above.

The idea of framing the skyline with the bridge is pretty solid, but the execution needs improvement

Maybe re-shooting around sunset/sunrise will soften the light and add a bit of detail to the bridge.

Afraid I agree with the consensus. With no detail the bridge detracts from the image. Also the bottom of the bridge is too close to the top of the buildings, making the image feel cramped. Nice try but needs a reshoot.
