Do you find the dark streaks of cloud distracting?

My first impression on seeing this image was smog. Boosting clarity and contrast cleared that up. If you use a print service, they would probably fix the contrast before printing.
Would you like to see my take on it?

For me, the clouds need to have some motion to give the image a more dramatic feel.

A simple motion blur on the sky would do that. I'd post a sample but it seems you don't want images posted of your image.
