Osprey's are the only birds (I know of) which can rotate their claws in pairs 90 degrees. So there are two claws on each side like a vise. That enables them to carry their prey, always fish, streamlined.

I believe its called Buteo jamaicensis, or what most of us call a red-tailed hawk :-)
