ThreeHounds,

My cardiologist also knows of my Flickr page.
(Honest Doc, it is only once per year)

I hope and do not think that I posted 2015's Pretzel Dog before:

No clear winner... more jalapenos in 2015, crunchier bacon this year. Both look like winners.

Despite being from Hong Kong I saw that image (but not your text) and thought Vancouver. Then saw your profile and it said Houston - oh I was wrong.

Then I saw your text and realised I was right. I had one last time I was in Vancouver.... still dream about it.

Lovely, I would also try a slightly different angle, more from above to give the jar more of a 3d look and perhaps shoot perpendicularly to the gaps in the wood boards, so that there's no visible shadow between them :)
I hope you don't mind my suggestion :)

I like the way the twine leads my eye to the applicator which leads me back to the honey.

The Blueberry/Blackberry mini pie is a much better photograph than the Raspberry. The shine and color composition is far better on the second pie. The Raspberry pie might be how its served, but the confectionery sugar is too heavy and hides the main flavor.

I would like to see a Blackberry/Raspberry combo. I think the dark purple and red would make a nice contrast and color.
