That's a good call. I cropped the left and bottom a bit, cloned out a stray curled strand on her face, then played with color channels to boost contrast in the B&W.

Color.
B+W hides flaws, but it puts too much emphasis on the hair.

Both as good as the other, from a firm B&W man, so the colour must work well too...
