Oh, they are! Well worth the effort my wife puts into them! lmao. They're not wings with a sauce simply poured over them. The flavors get into the meat. But I like them with a crispier skin so she leaves them in the oven on a lower heat a little longer. Fair warning though... you may need a bib and a roll of paper towels.

Marinate, then grill, then back in the marinate to finish cooking. That way you get the flavor deep into the meat, you get the grilled crunchiness, and yet its covered in sauce as well.
