I would give this an 7/10. While I can understand wanting it to be dark, I feel that it could be lightened a bit. Still a powerful picture.

This was one of my early HDR attempts. At the time I was still new to digital and did not understand the difference between .JPG and .RAW. Unfortunately, I shot this in .JPEG.

6/10, sorry but I think it is too close for me. BMW conversion looks good to me, though.

Lovey shot 9/10... For a little more ambience I might have added a light glare coming in from window to fully sale the High Key look

OK but the rule of this game is you first have to offer a critique of the last photo posted ... then you are entitled to post one of your own. Somebody will critique that and post their own image. And so it goes.

So ... to post ONE photo in the game ... you have to offer a critique first.
It would be good if you would do that, because your photographs look very interesting.

Nice, but a bit too much color for me.

Zip0154 was commenting on Bianchi's image (two posts above), I thought ... with "Nice but a bit too much color for me".

Bianchi's was the last image posted 'within the rules' so I think the thread is back on track.

Well Zip doesn't spell out which exact image he is commenting on ... but there is a whole lot of colour in Bianchi's image!

I don't think there's a jury available to rule on this. Give Zip the benefit of the doubt and the show is back on the road. :-)

I like it that you have captured nature in the raw and the balance of the subject and its reflection in the composition. But without the head of the bird in shot, there isn't sufficient drama and the image doesn't really work for me.

Oh ... 6/10.

I thought that rating is giving a number out of 10. Not just commenting on the color-?

This was on the first post on the thread - "The rules are simple Rate the photo above you and give it a score out of ten for example 6/10 then give a short sentence why you gave it that rating."

Love the tone this puts out spot on... I'm not a fan of these tight headshots though.

8.3/10
