Jeff I notice a difference with my files when I save from a Tiff and downsize to a smaller size Jpeg - say from a 5000pixal Tiff down to a 2000pixal jpeg, they tend to be darker so I need to mess around comparing the two before deleting the Tiff.

From my experience prints end up a hair darker, and of course the room matters. Since I moved to an NEC PA series monitor, there's a lot less frustration with the color/brightness of both reg prints and canvas. So the technology is def. improving.

I've been doing a few Metal and Acrylic prints and they are very true to image.

I am salivating for one of those after having one from CPS for a week. Holy moly what a great piece of glass.

There's just a look the images have, something about the perfect DOF with a more immediate bokeh. It seems to me, and I could be completely wrong on this, but it seems like the F5.6 lenses need to be stopped down further to match the same DOF compared to say an f2.8 stopped to F4.0. I know this is completely contrary to how it is supposed to work, but then I get on here and look at the exif results. The other part is your F2.8-F4 buyer typically has more years of experience/patience and is more selective in which images to share.
