and a young snow monkey( in summer:) ) doing dive bombs in one of the hot springs they like to swim in near where they live( They live up higher in mountains and come down each day returning home in afternoon).

BTW not one of the best images Ive got from this place in Japan as horrible sunny conditions and shadows made retrieving any decent detail extremely hard however good enough to get the idea of the intensity of the little monkeys concentration as he makes the dive :)

And while the previous posted young snow monkey was doing bombs in the hot spring the older ones were keeping a watchful eye on myself and another person while we were trying to close for a decent shot of their young ones ....This one is a definite look of dont get any closer or else

And looking at his scars on face I recon hes had a good fight or two to boot so he wasnt getting any argument from me on that matter :)

She was mad. She accepted me hanging around, but too many other boats had been fishing in her area and she was mad. This was the last time I saw her, about a month ago.
