It's been insanely hot this weekend, so I went back over some winter shots I hadn't messed with yet, trying to remember cooler times :-) The crew in this GP15-1 had no use for the roof mounted AC this December morning

when they came through michigan, the design engineer (not the guy running the engine) said theyre still only in evaluation. there was no plan "at this time" to purchase these new engines...

Not a model. It's a real freight train on a cloudy morning. The cloud cover was just above the tracks.

The mountain on the left looks fake. And the tracks look odd. I wasnt complaining fyi. Was gonna say the engine looks amaizing if it is a model!

To me, the mountain does not look fake... the whole picture looks very real to me. I could tell the train was not miniaturized.
