Don't get too close. It's dark inside.

My cameras have seen a lot, from extreme heat, to being covered in snow, rotor wash spray, monsoonal rains and now being assaulted by a four eyed metal mouthed road-raging little girl.

Probably that I didn't go over the speed limit when she was following way too closely and likely other personal problems in her life that she's taking out on everyone else.

Anybody planning to shoot at the WSL surfing competitions at Trestles, south of San Clemente, between the 6th - 17th ? I'd like to and this would be my first time for this event, so interested in any intel from experienced shooters here.

I can't quite figure out what or if they have a schedule (looking all over their websites I could not find any). I did find a surf forecast for the event here:

http://www.worldsurfleague.com …-pro-at-trestles/forecast (external link)

in which the term "waiting period" is used multiple times, so is it the case that the dates / times will just depend on the conditions ?

The first half of the scheduled event don't look very promising as far as surf conditions. :-(

You are correct that it depends on the surf conditions. No surf, no contest that day. I usually watch the surf and go on the first good day. That would be at least 4 feet and above. I hope we get some wave right Butch. :-)
