What is the best way to mix multiple track of video in Adobe Premiere and switch back and forth between tracks? I've been splitting all the tracks where I want to switch between tracks, and disabling all but the track that I want to be visible. It's works but it seems like there should be a better way.

Premiere is an editor not a live mixing tool. Cut and transition. Bin the stuff you don't want or move it to a hidden track!

I think that this is the only way to do it in premiere PRO, but since in your final mix you will render a stereo track (or 5.0?) just create audio tracks for audio sequences you are using, and delete those you are not using (or part of them)..you can create as many audio tracks as you want..so no need to switch between several..
Hope this sounds enough clear.
