For the money you can't do better. Only wish it had IS/VR.

My 300 is the same (lacking IS/VR) I need to keep it above 1/500sec at all times unless on a tripod.

This one is 1/125th handheld, can go even slower but not by much

I tried 1/400sec on a SAR Helicopter but I could see the motion blur after cropping it, so I have to for go some prop blur for a sharp image.

Love my 300 f4/L, but yeah, wish it had IS.

I was going to post this in my own AirVenture 2017 thread, but thought I'd share here instead since it fits the theme & I already had this page open.

I saw a couple of aircraft paying respects to Vlado Lenoch during AirVenture. This was one of the F-35's that performed during the week.
