So I got my Synology DiskStation DS916+ all setup and running perfectly now after some minor problems initially. Question now is how is best to use it. Up until now I have had a 4TB USB drive with my main catalog and all raw images on, then when I am out I use a 500GB SSD with a dummy catalog which I use and then import that catalog (and moving the files) to the 4TB drive. So I have a master catalog and then dummy catalogs for using when I am out.

I am sure there is a better way now - any suggestions?
