yes - the Canon "mount adapter EF-EOS M" which seems to work just fine.
Realisticly it's just a piece of material to put the EF lenses at the right distance from the sensor.
I guess it's built well & works as advertised so no complaints - I haven't ever used the tripod mount as most of my longer lenses already have a tripod foot anyway.
If I were in the market for another one I'd get the Canon one over an aftermarket one purely from a view that Canon are likely to have a better designed & built unit, whereas other vendors the build quality is fairly unknown.

I also use the Canon adapter and really like it ... bt with wide angle lenses mainly not telephoto

must have been training day at our local airport the other day I visited, liferaft drill, hovercraft out, and in the background smoke from the fire training site made for some interesting images
(shame about the landing light bridge though...)

I know, I know....the real drip is behind the camera. I really like the stars that the ef 40mm2.8 produces.
