Nicely done, Don. I concur, the mushroom shot is very good.

Thanks OhioHick.

Some nice images, Don and OhioHick.

I had planned to participate this month, but life didn't cooperate. Only have one, was out testing my new-to-me refurbished 50mm f/1.8 STM from Canon. I'm not sure if it's me, the lens, or the camera, focus seems a little soft. 6 image pano, portrait orientation. Parking pullout at the high point, middle of image, is maybe 1/2 mile away, straight line, according to google maps.

If I run out and get three orange cats and give them all names that start with "D" I will have this month totally under control -- plus I'll have three orange cats, so win-win!

Even simpler, D = domestic shorthair.

Lol, now the list is even MORE interesting!

And I swear I did pics for September - well most of them anyway - and I'll post them soon. Just pretty busy at the moment.

High Noon:
Started off thinking about the western movie and thought I might go that route but in the end just ended up looking for interesting clocks.

50mm
Fail. Didn't do anything for this one.

Low Angle:
Just a flower shot from down low.

Window:
My favorite window, in a local state park. I swear this thing always looks better on film than it does in person.

Amish Culture:
Looked for that low tech angle, this wood in front of a log schoolhouse seemed to fit the bill.

Aaaaaaaaaaaagh! I missed September completely!

But I'll have October covered. And I have a jump on you MichiTimm because I already have two orange cats, so whats one more.

All I want is just a little more than I'll ever have.

I failed on September as well but I have two (possibly three) of October topics done so far.

Great job to everyone for their September topics.

Very nice!! Three is the only one I need for the month, I've got the others covered (unless I come up with something better).
