Your sensor has a lot of strange, white banding on it. Looks like a net. :-)

I didn't noticed it the first time I looked. Now I can't unsee it. It would be a goal of mine to remove it on post.

Darn Canon cameras, I think i need to jump ship to Nikon and get that 850, I doubt it has any banding issues! :-)

America's Next Top Model (ANTM) alum Ava Capri at the Metropolitan Fashion Week pre-show @ The Original Farmer's Market in Los Angeles... Always a pleasure photographing this gal... 1DX + 50L combo... Profoto A1 as fill light... No modifiers used... Special shout out to fellow photog and Profoto Embassador, Zach Sutton, for allowing me to play with the new Profoto strobe for a few hours for this event!!!

:)

How are you all dealing with HSS and the flash recycle time when shooting.

I just got back from shooting a session I set up for free just for playing around with HSS and flash and I ran into lots of flash recycle time problems.

I am using the Godix 360 flash in manual and shooting at F2 and wow I missed so many shots as the recycle time was in the 10 to 15-second range with a fully charged battery.
Kids just do not stand still for that long I would get one shot and then miss many of the great expressions as I waited or shot with no flash firing.? One kid ran away before I could get the next shot lol

I am used to blasting out 6 to 10 shots very fast with normal flash when shooting kids but I wanted to go for the more creamy backgrounds.

Thanks

The first AD360 or AD360ii ? Did you shoot at full power?
