Thanks! I pack the DSLR in a small Think Tank holster-style bag, and put it either in my canvas tail bag (for easy access), usually with some towels or other soft stuff around it. Or, if it's pouring rain, I'll put the holster bag in one of my bike's hard cases, again surrounded with towels or something to keep it from banging around. I'd be more concerned about vibration if I was out riding in the dirt than on the highway, though vibration may be a concern. Haven't had any issues that I'm aware of, thankfully.
