Your face dosnt have all the same texture throughout so if the fake texture is even thought the face it can make it look overworked. Now it's overly textured faces, with a waaaaayyy too even texture, so you end up with skin that more resembles an orange peel than a face as you get people taking the cheek texture and reusing it all over the face. I don't know about that. I think the skin tone looks a little uneven across the back of her hand and between the back of her hand and her fingers. That could just be her natural skin coloration, it might be something to do with the light, or it could be due to post-processing. David.
