Sony RX10 mk IV share your thoughts, interest, images.

Charlie my 10iv is 2 hours away....I must sleep, but when I wake it should be in my hands
Tell me why the particular Godox you mentioned ?
I have several Godox flashes but not that one.

My thoughts after seeing MedicineMan's RX10iv bird shots--they remind me of his A77ii/Tammy 150-600 shots (which were excellent).

I'm looking forward to hearing/seeing more!

Much appreciated Charlie. That's one of my photos I took on Sunday morning. The camera performed extremely well and I'm enjoying it.

Went outside to check raw buffer, using a card with 60mb write speed got 81-83 images before filling. Buffer clearing surprisingly fast.
On the way back in my first 'macro' opportunity-

Charlie, forgot to mention...I process the rose and bee above in CC2018=Adobe has already updated for the 10iv.

This was a macro shot I took with the camera. Selected single point focus to make sure the head was the focal point.

I've taken lots of BIF butt shots yesterday MedicineMan... :-/

Wish we had one anywhere near close.

No at a local park. I will be visiting a local bird sancturary in a couple of weeks to try some more managed birds in flight shots.

I'm very interested in this camera. If it comes back with positive results I'm all over it.

Loving the camera so far Theron.

It's designed to fit the Sony hot shoe Robert. I've never owned a Godox. Hope it will work for me. I always buy name brand flash.

We'll see.

Poof uses her Oly 300/4pro for pseudo macro and we compared images. The Oly wins, but it doesn't have 24mm wide end either.

I shot BIF this morning, nothing to post because I won't post butt shots---I was late getting on the hawk, suffice it to say I did get 10 butt shots and for the distance they looked great and the AF-tracking is very reminiscent to the a9.

Great detail hear Robert. I going to Best Buy Sunday. Tired of waiting on Amazon.

Yes I heard Photoshop CC works with the new camera. Upgraded online yesterday.

Tmalone I can already tell you the 10iv is BIF capable. I only have butt shots=nothing I'd post up=but the AF-tracking is real. The butt shots
were my fault, I was too slow to find the hawk and he took off even before I had the lens on him.
The 10iv (like the a9) is a game changer.
