Canada loses a son. This past week we lost rock icon Good Downie from the Tragically Hip who passed from brain cancer. We just happened to be visiting family not far from Kingston, Ontario where it all started so we went for a drive there today.

I did not know he was a Boston Bruins fan. So am I besides my home team. My wife said she read Bobby Orr called him.]

Just finished watching the documentary that CTV ran last night “Long Time Running”..... he mentions the phone call from Bobby Orr.
Very sad, feels like part of the country died.

We watched that as well. Without a doubt. The Hip and Gord where Canada and it does feel like we lost part of it. We tried hard to wear out all their CD's lol. The very first song I heard decades ago was based on that plaque that stated - Everybody Was In It From Miles Around. Sorry for being off topic everyone.

Just upgraded to the Mark IV and absolutely love it... I shoot mostly underwater and this camera rocks with the 8-15 L lens. Here is a rare top-side shot with the 70-200 f2.8 while I was getting the underwater camera gear and strobes ready for today's dive. Second image is at the dive site while I wait for the other guys to show up. My briefing character (not a doll!) is on the lid of my rebreather cover...also taken with the 70-200.

Did some head shots for a local dance studio. Afterwards, ended up doing an impromptu photo session with the dance teacher. This field was awesome... even though it was a little painful barefoot.

Shot on the 14th October. The weather forecast foggy in the area but when we arrived there was none.
