Looks really good actually. How is it in low light?

Low light? Don't ask :)
Actually better than I would have guessed. I shot another Cardinal before the Sun had crested the ridge
and was at ISO 6400. The image could be worked if you had to.

The freckles are awesome, if I were you (or her) I def. not remove them.
Reminds me of Judy Garland in the Oz movie.

I hope the a7riii is £5k

I'd bet most of you FF'ers wouldn't care but I'd like the a6500 transformed a9 style and with
two slots and provisions for a real battery grip.
When I look at my wildlife/BIF imagery the 7dii got way way more keepers than the 1DXii.

Hey, they can keep the touch screen off while they're at it.
Today with the RX10iv my focus point kept moving to the far left of the screen :( Man I was getting
po'ed, and finally realized touch screen was on! arrrrg! It was my nose touching the screen :)

Alright, so Fuji vs Sony colors with some side by side processed samples.

I've had a chance to shoot twice with a Fuji shooter and have been processing the raw files. I was curious to play with the raws because of how highly regarded Fuji is for their colors.

After having processed a bunch of Fuji files alongside my Sony files, I can conclusively say that I don't personally see anything that makes Fuji's colors any better or worse than Sony's....at least when dealing with the raw files. The files do behave differently in post and its hard to get the colors to match perfectly, but all in all I don't have a preference for one or the other...raw files from both cameras still require work in post, though the actual steps might be different. In terms of AWB, I was surprised that Fuji wasn't necessarily better than the Sony either. They both were spot on at at times, and off at times....which is sort of expected. For the samples below, neither were spot on as stylistically I wanted the photos to be slightly warmer, but the Fuji AWB was more off than the Sony...dress in the fuji shot had a blueish color cast. No big deal though. It's an easy fix.

Honestly if that had existed, I wouldn't have gotten the a9. I liked the a6500 a lot but the controls didn't work for me

Much faster vinz. AF on that lens is really fast.

I don’t want to sound like a Fuji fanboy here as I’m not but this is not my experience at all. The Fuji AWB nails it pretty much every single time for me whereas my Sony always needs tweaked in post. I wonder if it’s because you were using a first generation Fuji and not the newer models?
