I like #5 too. Hold do people hold those lights while holding the camera still? I can't get my head wrapped around that concept.

I'm just dangling some small led lights in front of the lens. I had a flash firing thru a grid for the background light. Shooting around 1/100 sec so camera shake is minimal.
