Couple more.

I used a a6500 + cheapo E50/1.8 with 3 stop ND filter. Lit with Godox V860II in 24" lastolite softbox for this series. Hard not to obsess about skin tones but I'm pretty happy with them.

There's a way to do a timelapse straight out of camera on the video mode if you set it to 1fps.

watch the following video at around 8:35

It's sort of like the "marine layer" but higher up. :-P

i know the expected shipping of the A7R3 is on November 30 but my order status at adorama has changed to backordered. Is that mean I will miss the first wave of shipping?

For you computer experts here, I'm considering updating my desktop computer and am wondering if a gaming computer might be the way to go. I want an 'off the shelf' desktop rather than me trying to build one. Been there, done that. I would think a gaming computer would have the processing speed to cope with editing photos and video.

I'm considering this Dell Alienware Aurora R6 Intel Core i7 4.2GHz 16GB RAM 2TB + 256GB Gaming Desktop computer. It's going for $1724 on sale.

Thoughts? suggested different computers?

That is quite pricy for its specs. The processor runs about $300 and, as of this month, is outdated. The 8700k released early October and has 2 more cores than the 7700k. I would try to find something with that processor, but it is scarce right now.

BH photo sells Asus and Cyberpower which will offer more bang for the buck. If you have a Frys or Microcenter nearby, you could save even more on a prebuilt.

Still learning the RX10iv.
Took on this weekends trip into Virginia but this shot before leaving.
Amazing to have an effective 600mm that fits in the hand and that can do this, I was at least 30 feet
from this one and jeez it's a 4 inch tall bird-
