Here in the desert area of the Southwest, we don't get a lot of fall color. You really have to look for it. I did find a little bit of orange.

Another great set OhioHick. Nice monarch, we don't see many of them anymore around here.

As for my inspiration for the October scavenger hunt topics, meet Diego (he's the big guy with the white chest), Saber and Fierce, our three, big, furry, orange Maine Coons. Amazingly I was able get all three in the same shot (this was an unplanned bonus for the month, one shot with that covers all five topics).

Thanks, Don. Glad that you like the set. We get a few Monarchs passing through but not a lot, usually this time of year so the timing was good.

Took quite a few for orange, and finally settled on this one which now looks more yellow to my eye lol.
