Great lighting and depth of field. Maybe would have preferred a slightly tighter crop though.

Bump....

Love the tight crop, even without the wing tip. Colours are nice and natural, too easy to bump things up to a mini hdr look.
No idea how to rate it, so ill just say its really good

The idea is you give it a mark out of 10 in addition to comments. (Don't need to be too scientific about it.)

It would be great if you could go back to you post and edit in your x/10 score (that's what I did when I realised I hadn't understood the rating thing properly myself).

Reminds me of one of my previous contributions to this thread. The contrast is a bit harsh and I'd love more detail in the shadows. Composition is pretty good! 7.5/10

Another portrait from me. This time my wife posed as a model, as she needed a photo for work

Good quality shot - sharp, nicely exposed - only thing I noticed is that you've cut the hairs coming off the top of her head - I would have probably framed it to keep them in.

This is a shot composed of around 100 separate macro shots, all handheld, focused stacked in Photoshop. A technique I'd not tried on this subject matter before...

I like the shot colors are great. Clarity sharpness and bokeh put together extremely well.. 9/10...

8/10. I would say the shadows are little hard compared to the status quo on newborn photography. It's not a bad photo. I am sure the parents are happy. I try to not shoot baby's until they can prop themselves up, so I hear you on your sentiment. But it's still really good, especially for your third session. The posing seems good.

Was at the Tetons for the eclipse. Spent a total 5 or 6 evenings and sunrises just shooting the barns. Second trip there. I feel repeated visits to a place really gives you a chance to expand how you look at stuff. Going for introducing a graphics arts type symmetry to the scene.

7/10 - The barn is interesting, but I do not like the white balance. I would try adjusting the white balance with a warming filter, and if that doesnt work, with layer adjustments.

I live the sky looks awesome but the foreground being so dark seems like too much dead space with the current crop... maybe cropping a good chunk of the bottom would help this... 6/10
