I like it.

I'm hesitant to mention this because you are an excellent photographer and your images are so much better than mine, but it seems like the upper left side is just leaning a bit to the left due to perspective. I usually use the PS warp function and/or liquify for situations like this to selectively warp because, for instance, the reflections look straight but the trees and shoreline look a little slanted.

Ed.

Hi Ed,

Thought I would mention there is another tool in PS that I like to use in addition to what you mentioned, and that would be under filter >>> adaptive wide angle.
There are several videos's on this at utube , but I especially like Jimmy McIntyre's

Potentiall and excellent shot because of the colors and composition. Click on the histogram button and takke a look at it. This image is certainly worth a bit more PP.

Thanks. I didn't want to over do it. I'll give a second look tonight.

Well gosh darn it, that's pretty f-ing useful. Another bit of information moved from the 'I didn't even know what I didn't know' box. Thanks. PS has so many tools. Fairly often I try to search for new things within PS that I didn't know about, so seems silly now but I'd never come across that.

Having just played with it a bit, I'll probably use it a bit differently than most, but definitely very useful. I will likely try this before warp for some adjustments.

Taken a few years back - handheld with a Canon 5DIII. This was an alignment challenge and ACR conversion to a DNG handled it like a champ. I will put the scene to the test in other HDR apps to see which can handle the task. I will also post a Dropbox link for anyone who wants to download the raw files and try them.

This was taken in late afternoon light at Hope Lodge in Ft. Washington, PA, a historic residence built during the founding of the American Colonies.

EDIT - Here is a link to Dropbox with a ZIP archive of the raw files: 193MB: https://www.dropbox.com …/HopLodgeArchive.zip?dl=0 (external link)
