I ordered an extra printer to give away as a gift last quarter when Canon ran the same promo. Placed the order on August 8th, got the printer on August 10th, mailed the paperwork in on August 14th and had the rebate on August 24th.

Excellent printer and if you refill yourself it is very economical. Go here before or after you get the printer for some very helpful tips. Jose is about the most knowledgeable guy on YouTube on Canon and Epson pro printers.

I've had one for about 4.5 years, and after being moved to two different houses it still performs perfectly.

I'm not sure if I will keep this one or give it as a gift, but at $59 this was a no-brainer.

That said, I've always wanted to catch one if the Pro-10 deals so I could see the difference. One of these days, but my curiosity should be confused with dissatisfaction with the 100. Great product.

It is the easiest to use high quality printer I've had if you use Canon paper (which you can get for free or close to it if you watch the sales)

Results are great with little effort.

Got my printer today and it is pretty awesome!! First off, the thing is HUGE! but that is to be expected considering it prints up to 13" x 19" prints. Second, the prints are really sharp. Printed out a couple of things and they are comparable to quality photo lab prints. Super happy!

Still waiting on slowrama.

Got my printer and paper Monday from B&H. Interesting it came with Luster this time instead of Semi-Gloss.

I just got my printer today, and it is currently initializing. This should be fun - I haven't had a good photo printer for a while...
Of course, this could also be expensive if I start printing too much!

I hope everyone else get's their printers soon, and enjoys them!

Precision inks. Will cut cost of ink down by about 80%. You won't get the chromalife fade resistance so on your really nice stuff I'd have a set of OEM to use but otherwise use Precision. I'm about to order a big set of their new formulation for my Pro-10 printer.

Keep tabs on Canon Price Watch, this printer is a loss leader for Canon. Goes on sale several times a year.

Lucky. Canadian deal price right now is 355 bucks reg 505.
