Wow, that was 2016..
Unbelievable.

Renata, This guy has been posting with the Nifty, on other threads and not participating here.
He has had the lens since April, 2016

Sorry, didn't intend to give the impression that he had the nifty lens so long.
Just thought that Cherie would have his contact details from when she had shipped it.

See that it is sorted out now anyway. :)

OK, here is one of the US Nifties.
I've been shooting a bit but haven't been able to post anything; mu apologies. Life gets in between.
Nifty went on a trip to a city next to where I live and was on a quest to find some public art.
here are some glimpses of it. The target area was Addison, TX.
Just a glimpse to start with and more to come.
The first cluster on my list was Light and Energy in Addison, a town 20 minutes away from where I live. Here is a link to what Nifty visited

Another view of the 3 sculptures clustered together. I was very lucky that the sun came out after a gloomy morning.
The name is Light and Energy and here is a link to read up on ithttp://www.addisonarbor.org/projects/ (external link)

And the sculpture itself. I totally forgot to shoot it from a different angle...just talked to much to people who were curious about Nifty's mission :)

Lost in Wisconsin is the blue sculpture.
Artist: Nic Noblique
Location: Corner of Proton and Beltway near the Addison Athletic Club

This beautiful blue sculpture was donated by the renowned artist and refinished by AAF. “I am from Wisconsin, but Texas in now my home. I am glad that Lost in Wisconsin was finally found in Addison, Texas,” said Mr. Noblique. Installed in 2016.

And a community vegetable garden to the right after behind the rotunda.

I am in a different location, perhaps 1 mile from the previous place looking at a beautiful lake and right behind me are nice benches to rest.
Panorama stitched of 4-5 images.

Another cluster of sculptures called Jack of all Trades...Artist: Jim Eppler
Location: Les Lacs Park (across from the Addison Athletic Club on Beltway Drive)
These realistic jack rabbit sculptures were commissioned by AAF and installed in a natural rock setting in 2014, in recognition of the original Addison jackrabbits that lived at that location.
