Anyone seen Sir Jay the Moist? He’s been very quiet for a few days, probably away doing something weird or looking for a woman. Maybe even looking for a wierd woman, or looking for a woman to be weird with. Who knows, sheeeessshhh.

As A Brit, I have no clue about the National Enquirer, but I did enjoy this 5 part read (intro plus 4 articles) ...... warning, it's long (Not a N.E. headline by the way). My American cousins in this thread will surely know the truth, or otherwise!

I changed my weekend plans today, decided to head out trail riding this afternoon ahead of a two-day rainy weather pattern. Went back to the Strathroy Conservation Area to play on the trails again. It was a chilly 10C, but I was in the bush most of the time so the wind didn't bother me. The cooler weather meant there was a lot less people walking the trails, so I was able to ride more aggressively, and have fun in the mud. I found some more unmarked trails, one of them being just a footpath that's quite narrow and follows the edge of a good sized embankment. One of the hills is too steep to climb, at least right now while the soil is loose and there's lots of leaves down, I just didn't have traction. But riding down it was fun!
I had my first full on wipe-out with the new bike. Was bombing down a winding trail, there's a wooden bridge with a sharp left turn right after it. Right at the foot of the bridge was a patch of mud. I took it a little too fast, back wheel when right, I went too far left and caught the handlebar on a small tree/bush thing that was rather stiff. Front wheel took a sharp left and I went down. Managed to avoid anything too hard and mostly just got muddy. I'm sure I'll find some bruises tomorrow.

Minor injuries. Bike probably has more scrapes than I do.

Fun hill. Can't climb it, but going down is alright.

I always preferred The Weekly World News (WWN) to the Enquirer. Much better reporting on the stories that really matter.

I would love to see a Texas killer snail. Unfortunately, I see the largest Texas butts all the time.
