I had a cheaper graco or some crap when my girls were younger, steering was a nightmare. I'm using a Bob now, and it's like a limousine, but that's too much stuff for sure :-P

I love autumn - it's wonderful to get on some trail every day. Today I took the FE 55mm on a short trail, but didn't come up with anything I liked with it. Here is a photo of my car in the trail parking lot (just to show off the crowds I'm having to deal with in my week-day outings :p). Afterward, I found a composition I liked, but pulled out my Loxia 35mm for it.

Re: the 90 mac's af .. I do remember I big difference in af speed in general compared to 55 and even more so in low light..

hopefully the a7riii helps improve on that , but as I understood macro lenses are slow to AF in general..

as for myself , 55 vs 85 .. I think i'm going with the 55 .. because I want the 90 again.. I really liked that lens , so crisp.. i'm sure the 85 is good , but if I got both 90 and 85 .. one would sit and collect dust.

Actually I think I 'm going to go for the lens line up I had previously 16-35 f4, 28, 55, 90

I was pretty satisfied with it..

This about sums it up. My kids are 7 and 8 and we still bring the double stroller to the parks. Camera bag hangs off the back, and my cooler goes in the bottom. Normally I'll have the 1Dx, 600ex, a 24-70L, 17-40L, and a fast prime such as the 50L or 35Art. Not to mention the tripod too.

Lol maybe if people saw the disney parks thread that you post regularly on they'd bring their gear too.

I'm after some advice please guys.

I would like to add another lens to my kit. I'm trying to move onto native lenses now.

I'm after a general walk around lens where I don't want to take more than one lens, and one that can handle shooting family and friends.

I just took some shots at a mates fancy dress party and used my Canon nifty fifty on the MC11 adapter. Was a little hit and miss with auto focus, but happy with the shots I got, but feel the 50mm is a little too close.

I was thinking of the Zeiss 35mm and mentioned to my mate who is at the local camera store I buy from. He also said the FE 28mm f2 might be worth a look. Not sure if this is just that little bit too wide, but its $350NZ cheaper.

Any opinions on the 28, or the Ziess 35mm would be much appreciated :)

The biggest consideration whether you prefer the 28mm or 35mm FOV. They're very different...particularly in terms of distortion if you're shooting people. I'm more of a 35mm guy. 28 is just a tad too wide for me. Second to that....optically the 35mm is better, but its a lot bigger.

well I payed for smooth reflections and time lapse.. never got a chance to use smooth reflections but certainly enjoyed timelapse..

so yeah I'd like for them to bring it..

but.. I wonder as many do the reasons ,, or real reason$..

if they were making money off of the apps , I assume they would bring it back .. after all its all about the money in the end right?
I just assume its money issue

Yep, typical tourist shot there. Sky was crap, still filled with smoke when there-thus the big crop.

I've kept SEL 30mm macro a long time now. I'd never get rid of it, weightless if for no other reason.
Plus its got that cool 'slit' hood.
