Dunno, I've never been. I've been on the roof of that building before though! Pic taken 11/3/17.

Edit, wrong month. Lol, it was from last week.

Ah, yeah. I don't spend much time that far north unless I'm working at Henry Ford Hosp/1 Ford Place.

Hopefully when it all comes crashing down it won't be complete chaos in the city. There's a reason I don't live anywhere near the place - when all the cheap money has to be paid back is when the party ends. Unsurprisingly, General Motors has put itself back into a really bad spot as well. Not only has Detroit become a gilded city, it's also like a zombie city. Lots of young people that don't seem to know any better, and older folks that should know better but just don't seem to care or notice. The economy couldn't be any more phony, and it couldn't be anymore obvious.

Sorry about the rant, I was downtown yesterday. It's so surreal it's uncomfortable.

While Boblo closed in the early 90s, that mural remains on the boat dock location downtown.

I wish I was in 'shutter priority' at about 1/100th. He was sliding all over, lol. I wasn't quite ready for it.
