Same here. I am ready to replace my aging 5DII and was all set to go with the 6DII but I got to play with one and it does no better than my 5DII so what's the point. I am really interested in the upcoming A7III. Looks like a beast of a camera.

I got the 5D MkIV recently and absolutely love it.

I'm still looking at that one but it's so dang expensive. $3200 is too much for me.

I got the 1dmkiii and really love it. Big step up from the xti. I just flat out grew the little fella and took on to the 1d like nothing. Would love a 1dx, but now where in my price range. The 1div might be the biggest step I can take for another bunch of years. As the price is below 1k now, it is definitely on my radar.

BTW, looks like you can get a 6DII for $1699. Price for this camera fell really quick. Special deal but still, a brand new FF camera for $1700

I see it falling even lower on the next 3 to 6 months. People were really pissed at he slap in the face.

Jim, it looks like it's not Canon specific here any more - I am seeing a lot of images from other manufacturers.

And my 7D has to last me a looong time yet!

Is it possible that anyone makes a wifi router that just works? Like month after month without 50 drops per day if not one every 5 minutes. I have an Asus, ratings were good but slowly folks come back and changed the reviews to intermittent, frequent drops. Does one need to spend $400 to get a router that quietly does it's job without fail?

My standard router from my carrier work just fine. Nothing fancy but does the job.

I bought the Sony a6500 with 3 zoom lenses for now, a 16-70 (equivalent to 24-105 which was my most used Canon lens by far). a 10-18 for wide stuff, and a 70-300 for wildlife. I looked at the a& series, but it was still too big for my liking. I plan to semi-retire right away and do lots of travel and wanted a kit much smaller. The a6500 with the 16-70 is a fantastic walk-about combo that can drop into any bag or pack with ease. Photo quality is great too. I will post some stuff from it soon.

Can't wait to see what you have. My big thing is skin tones. I have yet to be conpletely sold on fair skinned blue eye blonde from Sony.

Most everything else looks fantastic. Though Fuji looks nice too.
