I've concluded all I'm going to get of the Eastern Screech Owl residing in my back yard are head shots...it has caught some sort of songbird one morning that my neighbor saw but other than that it stays in the owl box I built during the day then emerges right around dusk and just looks around.

Great shots, Duane. And thanks for posting the BTS shot of your nesting box. Pretty ingenious, I like the squirrel flange at the bottom. Have the same kind on my feeder.
