barely even getting started with the spam :-P

been wanting to do this type of wide angle, finally got a worthwhile sun. Minor tilt was a mess to fix, 12mm can really mess things up in a hurry.

Awesome Alfredo. I took some photos down here but theyre all really dreary since the skies were fully overcast until the snow had melted off.

Thank you guys.

One more for the night.

Winding street in front of my house covered in some snow. Because I was in a hurry, I didn't use my tripod so no opportunity to focus stack. I focused on the large rock for this shot which means the background is a bit soft.

Usually never do same day posting, but sunset was amazing, saturation not even touched, 12-24 @ 12, taking it all in.

Awesome shots Charlie. That's some crazy sunset color.

So I went down to Newport to take pics of the Christmas lights in the back bay and was treated to a once in a lifetime sunset...

(I see Charlie also took advantage of it).

Some quick processing...But really not much.

Another from my short outing to the Cypress Trees at Lake Moultrie...it was nice to have a clean sensor...no spots to remove!

Might be a little too small for a full a7 kit, but B&H has the Lowepro Protactic250on their Deal Zone for only $60, it’s normally $150 so $90 off it an great deal for those looking for a slightly smalle backpack.

I think Capture One comes closer to having the raw files look more like the embedded jpg's do than Adobe does when they are first opened. You can get a similar result in Adobe ACR if you change the camera profile from Adobe Standard to Camera Standard.

Yeah. It just seems to take less effort to bring the images where I want in capture one than in LR where I find I need to mess with more stuff to get the images where I want. I find less need to mess with tone curves and color sliders I capture one.
