Real Estate Post Processing/Outsourcing

Hello,

I would like to know how many of you use post processors, what you would pay per image and who you recommend.
Also, do you prefer US based vs abroad?

I use Retouchers for certain jobs, also a lot of clients use their own Retouchers to complete images depending on what they want to do with the final image. My Photoshop skills are pretty decent, but they work at another level completing stuff to a level I couldn't. They have a real knack at making stuff look clean and real world.

Usually I would pay per hour or half/full day rate and allocate how much time to spend on each image. Sometimes it can be a half day on one image that will be the hero shot for the client.
