Yesterday when i test with Canon T2i under manual and Av modes it's working fine with out any issues.
I thought it was my camera problem only and I reached Canon customer support and they told they are not going to support this issue as it Third party(Rokinon) lens.

Can any body please mention Canon Manual lens name, I will mention those lens name to get support from Canon.

Thanks a lot

I have a canon 60D camera.
when i am setting the exposure using exposure setting indicator through view-finder then i am getting correct photographs.
but when i setting the exposure using exposure setting indicator through live-view then i am getting over exposed photographs.

I installed a focus-confirmation chip on both my Rokinon 8mm fisheye and 85/1.4 lenses. At my request, the seller pre-programmed the chips for a specific aperture - in my case f/5.6 and f/1.4. As there is no communication between the lens and the camera, the aperture displayed in the viewfinder and LCD panel always shows the pre-programmed aperture, regardless of the actual aperture set on the lens.

I mounted the fisheye on my 60D, but could not duplicate the error 01 problem. That might be because my lens does have the focus chip. However, I still do not get focus confirmation with the chip; probably, the depth-of-field for the lens is too great for confirmation to work effectively. I just set the focus distance to my estimated distance and fire away.
