Personally, I'm using this group to play with photoshop, or whatever, and I could care less if my renditions ever get "picked". I get a kick out of analyzing what others submit(whether or not they want to hear it!) and talk about what we've done. I respectfully offer comments/suggestions and will accept same(if it sucks!!!!!.............say so!!!!!)

Cut out bulldozer, added flag, dropped into tank pick, few tweaks in DXO 11.

Did lots of stuff. Made cab wider, put wicked sweet exhaust header on, put a decal on, introduced a new backdrop, added a fella, brought it into NIK and gave it a dated grainy look with frame. Wept a bit by it's Majesty and posted it to this page.

In honor of winter, tried changing this to a winter scene. Not even sure what I did. Played with different layers adding a layer of snow and dehazed and desaturated background.

Beginner at this ... so kept things very simple.

Edited in PS to remove the street lamp and the detritus. Took into NIK for B&W conversion. Chose a a high but relatively smooth contrast option. Then back into LR to refine the conversion and to choose a preferred crop.

I think NIK is great ... but for the B&W conversion, I wish I'd stayed in LR. I feel I have both more options and more control in LR.

It's an 'entry' ... I know it's not a 'contender'.
