glad it all worked out and that it was relatively hassle free.. good to know, as I order from Canon refurb every now and then


t4i, 80d , 5d4 ,10-18 , 55-200, 50 1.4 , 85 1.8 , 35 1.4 mkii..

I have never had a problem with any of it .. all looked new..
never did a shutter count on any though..
Now you got me curious about the 5d4 I just got from them
how'd you do that ?

how do you find shutter count, just curious on my current body what it is...

oh and I agree with sending back, go look at refurb iphones, they are flawless and seem like new so I would expect the same on a camera body

On a Mac, there's an app called shutter count that's tell you. This one had 717 on it earlier and I probably put 100 of those just playing around with it today.

Vixia is apparently a trademark of Canon. Perhaps they are just getting rid of excess boxes.
