I seem to recall that someone on this huge thread used GreenToe to buy an A7rIII... does anyone know what (if any discount) they might come back with?

I've been buying gear from GT and saving a good amount. on newer stuff, you cant negotiate further, but older stuff, multiple offers can get you better deals. Main difference is new one twice the price, $44, not contoured as E1, but screws into tripod hole. E1 required either the bar that was built in to 1 Series on bottom of camera, or a plate which included a bar. The RRS plate, which is on my A7R3 has a bar to attach it to.

I also have the Herringbone leather strap, but it's sitting on my shelf. LOL a7RII • a7C • V12 • L21 • S24GM • S85

navydoc Cream of the Crop More info Post edited over 5 years ago by navydoc. | Dec 27, 2017 13:00 | #9462 Here's my slider comparison of my bar image. On the left is a single image shot normally and on the right, the 4 image pixel shifted merge. No edits were done to either image other than to crop close to show the details. The increase in detail is obvious and I see no areas of individual pixels for this merge. Gene - My Photo Gallery ||
