The 35mm is my most recent purchase (last week) and I love it so far! Coming from a EOS T6, and previously owned a Rebel XT, then 40D, then 7D. This 6DII is definitely something else!!! LOVE IT! Oh, and the 35mm is, in my opinion, a VERY good go-to lens for FF! Distortion is virtually invisible. Image hosted by forum (892100) © CAZ011 [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Meyer Optik Trioplan 100mm 2.8 with an adapter (hence wrong exif data) It’s an old vintage lens manual focus only. One enlinchrom rectangular soft box above front to the right. The lens is soft by nature and produces one of the best bubble bokeh IMO

Dec 29, 2017 13:12 | #418 Decided to join the 6DII family. Canon has another refurbished sale today, and I was able to get a refurbished 6DII from them for $1287 after taxes. I needed a backup for my 1DXII, and will probably end up using the 6DII on my non-action photo sessions. Even with all the complaints about DR, I figure it is at least as good as the 5D MK III that I used for so long (if not better), and with DPAF it should serve me well.
