Speaking of bierds, that's a wonderful flock in the setting sun David.

Thanks Robert. A confession: the birds were originally in the top left of the frame. I was going to remove them as distracting elements, but then tried moving them into the sun glow to see if it enhanced the image. I liked it and am glad you do too.

Yes sir, a flock is something I need in my album and that's a great motivator. Never would have know about the move if you'd not mentioned so great composition and processing :)

Light was amazing today, and so I gave the R3 a true workout, chasing my toddler with eye AF. Just some of the many that were very difficult to capture. A7riii + FE 85.... really good for this sort of thing. Changed to wide area focus and strictly eye AF the whole time.

and some vanilla shots, capturing micro expressions much easier with 10 on tap. She wouldnt sit for a single bit, the second shot, I laid her down, and ran back for a shot.......

anyhow, really happy with the marine layer lingering a bit in the morning, softening the light just a bit.

Going to post a few sets from the Outback Bowl.

The weather wasn't great, and the football was sloppy, but going to a Bowl game is usually a lot of fun win or lose.

I followed the baton.

Cool shots. College football games are a great opportunity to get some sports shooting from the stands done since they stadiums usually aren't as picky about gear.
