Last:. Google Pixel 2 XL smartphone

Next:. Maybe a used Tamron or Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 for more reach than my 50-100 f/1.8 in low light or a Canon 100mm macro for better product photos, fortunately the decision can wait a few weeks or months until I am in a better position financially.

Welp, here I am again.

Last: just landed a good deal on a new 24-70 II.

Next: an 85L of some sort, maybe. Probably not, but maybe...

I've been putting off owning a 24-70 for a long time, as I've just never seen the point of it's dull focal range. My 16-35, 50mm, and 70-200 do everything better than what I'd use a 24-70 to do... but you know what? Just having a 1-lens setup sounds better and better as life goes by: I don't shoot super wide angle shots, so my 16-35 might be off to a new home, and though I'm way past the razor-thin DOF bokeh-liscious phase, I'll def be keeping my 50L.

Not to mention: I'll use this 24-70 for my business, and I have my first child on the way. Makes it easy to justify w/ the wife :)

Congrats on your new 24-70. While it isn't my favorite (my favorite is 70-200 f/2.8), it's employed the most by far out of all my lenses. Great lens and highly versatile.

Just got the GoPro Hero6 , disappointed that you can't use 5Ghz in Europe. Next purchase is to be 100mm f2.8 Macro to experiment with Video/Still

My last was the 100m f2.8 macro and I'm loving it. Mostly portraits so far, not even macro just yet.

I was just looking at a GoPro, would be my first action camera, not sure about regular Hero or Session.

My last lens was a second hand Canon 16-35 F4 and my newest ( just before Christmas) is a brand new Canon 300 f2.8 IS USM II lens. Been laid low for a couple of weeks with the flu but hopefully get out with it soon.

I like what I like.
Gear- Canon Eos 7D2, Canon EF 300mm f2.8L IS II USM, EF100mm f/2.8L IS USM, EF 16-35mm f4L IS USM. Canon extenders 1.4x & 2x MKIII.

Last: I reserved myself a place (hopefully, I have to be accepted) on a workshop with Magnum in London and I'm really excited about that.
Next: I sort of want a 35mm for one of my cameras but I plan to hold off for a while - particularly as I need to decide which system.

Last: Heavy duty backdrop stand, some various muslin and silk backdrops, and a 36" Godox reflector.

Next: Probably another Yongnuo 600ex-rt II speedlite although I've been keeping my eye out for a used Canon 100mm Macro IS USM lens as well.

Last: A year ago I got a M5 & 18-150mm

Next: Probably a second-hand 1D-X MK II, just after they come down below the $1,000 mark (I'm guessing 2022?)

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", 1D MK II converted for IR, and now an M5
