You need fast AF, and I use only some of Canon's best glass :f/2.8 70 -200 II , 300mm f/2.8 IS, 100-400 II. All work well. I have lots of examples in my gallery. For camera bodies I use the Canon 1DXII and the 1D4. Quick fast reliable AF is an absolute necessity if you hope to capture the best shots of dogs in action. Yep. Didn't take loads of shots but did get a few that were 'okay' 5D mk3 70-200 2.8 mk2 with mk3 1.4 extender. Excuse the wire / mesh artifacts - have tried to work them out the best I can the obglititry 'gob' shot Sir Tom Jones theme tune 'it's getting hot in here. . . . . ' Thanks for looking .DAVID. R3 box that goes click and some tubes with glass in them on the front.
