I've been off photography for quite a while, even longer since I posted here. Would love some critiques now that I'm finally getting back into it :)

First one is on the edge of the boring picture, but how person acts makes it sparkling.
Second one is fine and at the edge of nothing special. Except here is no dust spots at f13!

To much headroom in the second and the horizon is not level.

1.> composition = perfect! / colours = astounding / 'subject' = fabulous expression, you caught him 'smirking' --> I would be very proud of this one! (slightly soft on focus)

2.> composition = perfect / colours = beautifully muted / 'subject' = beautifully silhouetted against a dramatic sky --> beyond criticism - take a bow!!

I'll shut-up now!
