Only 8 notifications? . Wow!

You must do a great job of keeping up with POTN. . No matter how much time I spend on this forum, I can't seem to ever catch up with the ever-growing notifications list.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Most likely you have filtered some forums out and 8 notifications are in those forums.

That situation will be remedied in next forum update. For now the only option is to unhide those forums.

Clear all command in notification popup will clear notifications from hidden forums, too.

Ha!

If that would trigger your OCD, then I can't even imagine what this would do:

Yup, over 19 thousand emails that I haven't had a chance to read yet. . And there's no spam in there at all because I vigorously go through my inbox on a daily basis and trash anything that I am not truly interested in. . They are all interesting emails that I just haven't gotten around to opening yet, because each one of those will cause me to do research on the contents, forward them to others who would also be interested, etc, etc, etc.

Every week I spend an hour or three going back through old unopened emails, and it is time very well spent because they are all emails about wildlife, travel, art, birds, fossil artifacts, NFL football, and photography.
