I thought my father had sold all his photograpgy gear (Canon A1 etc) some years ago, as whilst clearing out the attic, I came accros these:

I've found a couple of unused bulbs for the flash and have ordered a battery for the light meter.

As 620 film is no longer available, I'm looking into using 120 film, respooled onto another 620 spindle. Thankfully a friend of a friend is the local expert in "vintage" equipment.

So looking forward to giving the Kodak a try.

Lawrence

Nice, I started out with the almost identical Praktica, and I think earlier Nova, the main difference being the lack of any metering at all. Even had the same Domiplan 50mm ƒ/2.8 standard lens. That was a hand me down from my dad, in I guess about 1974 or so.

Sililarly to you Alan, I got to use the Praktica once Day got the Canon A1. I later bought an AE-1 (in 1988 I think) and the Praktica got retired.
