I always hope that my clieants will like the photos I deliver.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve had some clients not respond after they got the photos. I’d have preferred to hear anything back, even if they said they didn’t like something. Not hearing anything always made me worry.

But, this past year, I’ve had a few of those clients contact me to book another session and during the latest session they have told me how much they liked the first set of images.

After delivering the second set of images to the families, I didn’t hear back from them either. So, now I try to be happy and believe what I’ve been told - ‘no news is good news’...

But I think I fully understand where you are coming from. I’ve felt the same nagging concern.

Question is did you send them a thank you e-mail for their business...that to me is much more important than the client thanking you as they thanked you by paying you.

Ive seen posts on this subject before, and my own experiance... This is normal. If they have a problem, they will contact you. Some people just dont rave about pictures. They see it as a normal business transaction like any other. You deliver, and they are done with you.

Why don't you take a picture, it will last longer....
